Tosha Khana case against Imran Khan declared admissible

The Subordinate Court of Islamabad declared the Tosha Khana case against Imran Khan admissible.

Additional Sessions Judge Islaqabad Zafar Iqbal gave a reserved verdict on the plea filed for criminal proceedings against Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case.

The court declared the petition admissible and issued a notice to Chairman PTI Imran Khan.

Islamabad Additional Sessions Judge Zafraqbal had reserved the decision on December 12 after completing the arguments on the Election Commission's request.

The Election Commission had approached the relevant subordinate court of Islamabad last month for criminal proceedings against Imran Khan in the light of the decision on the Tosha Khana reference.

The position was taken by the Election Commission that according to the decision of the reference, Imran Khan was guilty of corrupt practices, so criminal action should be taken against him.

Senior leader of Muslim League (N) Malik Ahmed Khan says that Imran Khan's false cipher story failed and he made General Bajwa a punching bag.

While giving a press conference in Kasur, Malik Ahmed Khan said that Imran Khan is alleging that we were given NRAV, General Bajwa gave NRAV to someone and then he gave it to Imran Khan. We have evidence that Imran Khan grabbed his feet and took him.

Malik Ahmed Khan said that Imran Khan is doing new propaganda after being exposed, PTI's own people are against Imran Khan's policies.

Malik Ahmed Khan said that Imran Khan violated the agreements with the IMF, Imran Khan began to taunt the establishment for not helping.
